The website bpca.ro is run by S.C.A. Bubatu, Pirciu, Călin & Asociații, a law firm with its registered office at Strada Dinu Lipatti 14, Slatina, jud. Olt, 230086, Romania.

For any question about the processing of personal data, you can write to us at office@bpca.ro.

The website does not collect personal data. There is no contact form, no user registration and no traffic analytics tool — neither Google Analytics nor any equivalent.

Contact takes place exclusively through telephone and e-mail links. If you write to us or call us, the data you send us (name, contact details, the content of your message) is processed in order to reply to you and, where applicable, to provide legal assistance. This data is covered by the lawyer's duty of professional secrecy.

The website is hosted by Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). Like any service of this kind, it automatically records data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access in its technical logs. This processing serves to operate and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and protected against abuse.

The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. They do not set cookies, but the request to Google's servers transmits your IP address.

The website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The contact page can display a map provided by Google Maps. The map sets Google cookies and transmits your IP address to Google. The map does not load when the page opens — until you press the "Show map" button, the address is shown as text instead. Pressing the button applies to the current visit only and is not remembered.

Your confirmation that you have read the notice shown on your first visit is stored locally, in your browser's storage (localStorage, key bpca_cookie_notice), so that the message does not reappear on every page. This information is not sent to anyone, stays on your device and expires after 180 days.

The website contains links to the firm's Facebook page and to Google Maps. These are plain links: nothing is sent to Facebook or Google until you follow them. The only exception is the embedded map described in section 4, which loads within the page — but only at your request. Once you reach those websites, their own privacy policies apply.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by sending a request to the e-mail address given in section 1.
